The E64 WS brings café-grade grinding into the home. Built around 64mm special steel burrs, it adds something the X-series does not have: integrated scales that weigh every dose to 0.1g, so you grind exactly what your recipe calls for, shot after shot.

Grind size is set electrically rather than by hand. Mahlkonig's Disc Distance Detection measures the gap between the burrs in microns, so a setting is a number you can come back to, and zero calibration is done tool-free with on-screen guidance. If you change beans or a shot starts to drift, the assisted dial-in guide walks you back to your target recipe on the display.

Pair it with a Sync-enabled espresso machine or scale and Grind-by-Sync will adjust the grind size automatically from your brew time. The Mahlkonig Sync app pairs your devices, tracks usage and keeps the software up to date.

Espresso output is at least 3 g/s, grinding is quiet enough for early mornings, and the ball-joint spout adjusts to suit a wide range of portafilters. Ambient lighting is customisable from a range of colours, and the compact footprint sits comfortably on a kitchen bench or in a coffee corner.
