What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on beans that have been ground and cannot be resold.
When will I get my order?

If your order is placed before 12 noon you should, in most cases, receive your courier delivery the next day.

When are my beans roasted?

We roast small batches daily Monday to Friday so beans are always at optimum freshness, guaranteed
How much does shipping cost?

Bay of plenty 500g and over includes free delivery (except Rural).

Nationwide free delivery on 500g (excludes rural delivery fee)

Nationwide free delivery on 2kg or more (excludes rural delivery fee)
