A certified organic washed lot from Papua New Guinea. PNG coffees sit somewhere between the clean structure of Central America and the heavier body of Indonesia, and this one carries that: chocolate and roasted nut weight, stone fruit through the middle, and a spiced black tea finish.
Supplied green and unroasted for home and small-batch roasting. Not ready to brew.
