To us, taste is the great equaliser. Our high-quality exotics -which are imported from the ends of the earth- are roasted in Tauranga using fluid-bed roasting technology.
Each batch boasts a flavour that is richer, fuller and more satisfying. Once customers try Fixation Coffee, it will be hard for them to go back to getting their “fix” from commercialised generic coffees.
DEDICATION TO CRAFTMANSHIP
Born and raised in New Zealand, our owner and founder, Gregg Thompson, spent more than 27 years working in the service industry.
In 2004, he decided to bring his customer service skills and healthy obsession with great tasting coffee together by opening a Tauranga-based roastery.
Since it's incorporation, Gregg and the Fixation team have perfected the art of roasting and brewing smooth, rich and satisfying coffee.
