At Fixation Coffee we’re passionate about giving back and if we can, helping improve the lives of others less fortunate.

We donate all the money raised from coffee sack sales to the Next Generation Coffee Fund which helps to support sustainable livelihoods for small-scale coffee-growing families. This fund assists farmers to help support the next generation stay and take over the family plantations instead of moving to the cities to make a living. How they do this is by enabling smaller producers to plant new seedlings where in the normal course of things, their harvests would slowly decrease due to aging trees.

We also support growers by purchasing their Certified Fair Trade and organic coffee beans. Fair Trade coffee is bought directly from growers at higher prices than they might get normally get. This creates higher returns and customers who purchase these coffees are also indirectly supporting the coffee farmer.

We contribute to the local community not for profit organisation Curate Church who support community through initiatives like Easter in the Park, the giving of 1000 grocery packs to the community near Christmas, fortnightly community meals, monthly community street working bees and much more.

We’re also a child sponsor and donate on a monthly basis to support a child in Mandalo Indonesia through TearFund. A sponsorship can help a child achieve a better education and provide access to better health care.

In the past three years we’ve donated to the Special Children’s Christmas Party at Mystery Creek. This annual event close to Christmas is organised for disadvantaged children to help give them a day to remember.
